About
Pixel Verdict started as a group chat where three friends kept arguing about which game was worth the storage space on a phone. At some point we figured we might as well write the arguments down properly, and that turned into this site.,We cover every genre we can get our hands on. Puzzles, strategy, racing, role-playing, card games, the lot. The only rule is that somebody on the team has to actually finish a decent chunk of a game before we publish anything about it. No drive-by opinions based on a trailer.,Games get picked for a mix of reasons. Sometimes a reader points us at something odd. Sometimes a title is everywhere and we want to know if the hype holds up. And sometimes we just stumble onto a small game that nobody is talking about and want to fix that.,Nobody pays us to be nice. If a game bores us, we say so, and if it surprises us, we say that too. The whole point is that you can trust the verdict before you spend an evening on a download.
